Microbiomes of Prolonged Agricultural Management Regimes
Since 2013, the Bonito Lab in collaboration with the Chilvers and Trail lab, has been collecting microbiome data from the Kellog Biological Station (KBS) Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) site.
The LTER was created in 1989, and the main cropping experiment there has been set since. The treatment being analyzed are the organic, no-till, and the conventional farming plots.
